We finally made it to Paris and we're in our apartment. I could not sleep on the plane so I've been awake for 25 hours. Here's some pictures looking out our window. It looks like they're remodeling the BNF. The espresso machine works, now it's off to get some groceries.
UPDATE: My (Mel posting) luggage got stuck in Houston, we couldn't connect to the Internet at CDG, and Keith's phone broke in transit so we had to get a new one at the airport. We couldn't figure out how to get it to work, or what the number was to the phone, and my French isn't good enough to translate technical instructions (not to mention, my French-English dictionary is in my bag, which is in Houston). But somehow we accidentally made it work and managed to contact the owner of the apartment who met us with the keys. Too much of a day!
